Schematic Design
Upon approval of prior conceptual design phase by client, designer shall commence the design to a schematic level.
Provide a schematic digital presentation which incorporates any client provided revisions during the concept design phase.
This presentation would include: plans, reflected ceiling design intent, elevations, material selections, finish selections, fabric palette, and key FF&E/decorative lighting design intent.
Provide a virtual or on-site digital presentation to obtain initial comments and/or approvals.
