Interior FF&E Specifications
Designer shall provide FF&E specifications for furniture, decorative lighting, and fabrics. (Refer to Styling Services for Art & Artifacts Specification options).
Designer shall provide client with digital FF&E Specification manuals. Upon client request, 1-3 physical specification books can be obtained with fabric samples included.
Designer shall provide (1) set of physical material finish and fabric boards for each space upon client request.
Construction administration scope includes the review of FF&E shop drawings, decorative lighting shop drawings, finish approvals, and fabric CFA approvals.
