Construction Administration

Upon commencement of construction, designer shall provide construction administration services relative to designer’s scope of services as described below:

Answer questions that may arise during contractor and/or vendors preparation of bids.

Evaluate value-engineering options proposed by the contractor and/or vendor.

At the client’s request, make monthly site visits to observe progress and quality of work.

Review special finishes and final placement of furnishings and fixtures.

Review contractor’s product submittals and shop drawings.

Answer applicable RFIs from contractor.

At the client’s request, perform final walk through and provide punch list of completed areas of work.
