When Everyone Does Everything: The Team Behind the Experience

The EAG team recently travelled to New Orleans to create an immersive experience for Tales of the Cocktail. From developing the concept and transporting boxes in the summer heat to installing pneumatic tubes and working alongside an AI cocktail-making robot, the project required creativity, hard work and collaboration. Its success did not depend on one individual. It came from a team that operated as one, took pride in its work, left egos and job titles at the door, and willingly handled every task—important or menial. The experience offers a simple formula for building a high-functioning team: work together, work hard, care deeply about the result and do whatever is needed to achieve the goal.
