The Values Behind Unparalleled Experiences

At EAG, creating unparalleled experiences is more than a mission—it’s a way of working. This article outlines the core values that guide how we show up every day: passion, belief, excellence, radical candor, and care. These values shape our attitudes, inform our actions, and define how we collaborate with each other and serve our clients. Together, they form the foundation of the EAG ethos and clarify not just what we do, but how and why we do it.

How should we do our work?
What should define how we complete our tasks and pursue the mission?
When we interact with coworkers, clients, and prospective clients, how should we act?

To answer these questions, we need core values.

Those values shape our attitudes, which in turn guide our actions. In everything we say and do, these values should be front and center.

Our Mission, Clarified

We recently sharpened the focus of EAG’s mission statement to three simple but powerful words:

Creating unparalleled experiences.

That’s what we do.
That’s who we are.

But now we take the next step of the journey.

The question becomes: how do we create those experiences?

Passion

We create unparalleled experiences because we have a passion to do so.

This isn’t just a job for us. We wake up excited to do the work. There’s a passion that fuels us to be our best and to create the best. To be a part of EAG is to be passionate.

Belief

We believe in what we do.

Our work has weight and value. The product isn’t something that is thrown away at the end of the day. Smiles are made. Memories are created. Experiences are crafted.

Why?

Because we believe in what we do.
We believe in each other.
We believe in the vision of our clients.
And we believe in the power of unparalleled experiences.

Excellence

Excellence is the minimum standard at EAG.

What we produce for our clients is to be done in an excellent manner. The only way to get an excellent product is to have an excellent process.

Our excellence appears in:

  • Our interactions with each other
  • Our relationships with clients and vendors
  • The experiences we create

Excellence should be the hallmark of every step of the process. At EAG, excellence is in the DNA of our brand.

Radical Candor

At EAG, we practice candor.

We’re not rude or offensive. But radical candor is part of who we are.

Why?

Candor cuts through the fog and gets to the root of the issue. Candor also speeds up solutions. Instead of wasting time hoping someone is honest, our ability to practice candor gets to the issue—and the solution—in a faster, more efficient manner.

Care

We care.

It isn’t a game we play or a mask we wear. We genuinely care.
